City Hall, Recreation Center and Library, Wylie, Texas
Providing design and consultation for construction of civic center rainwater collection and distribution systems. Rainwater to be used for toilet flushing and landscape irrigation for the three building complex. Treated water delivery rate of 90 gpm at 55 psi with a total of 121,000 gallons per month. Consultation also on selection of turfgrass species, flushvalve specification and LEED certification.

Providing design, consultation, and construction supervision on 8000 square foot ranch house complex on 145 acres. Project includes potable water collected from four buildings across one acre site. Surface water retained in half acre pond for irrigation, wildlife habitat and aquaculture.
